Sidney Gilreath & Associates Representing Victims of Selmer Drag Car Crash

Sidney Gilreath & Associates represents several of the people injured after a drag racing car careened into a crowd at the "Cars for Kids" celebration in Selmer, Tennessee. Gilreath is investigating the potential liability of sponsors of the event, the City of Selmer, and the driver Troy Warren Critchley, who was in the process of performing what is known as a "burnout" on the main street of Selmer before approximately 20,000 fans. Other potential areas of liability may include the Drag Racing Association and the owner of the race team that sponsors the individual car.
